Important notes on terminals PAX and Ingenico units are meant to be used as POS2POS solutions. Stand-Alone Mode will not function unless the Acquiring Bank approves this. WizarPOS terminals and LYNXTILL kiosks are quoted on request, availability is confirmed per country and use case.

Currency availability and bank list vary by terminal and region, as noted on each device.
MDR / acquiring fees are set by the partner bank or financial institution in your country, not by CX Pay.

Warranty, repairs & returns (PAX devices) PAX terminals are supplied through the CyberSource hardware program, and the manufacturer's warranty and return terms below apply. All warranty and return requests go through CX Pay support, and we coordinate the process for you.

PAX devices carry a 12-month manufacturer warranty, unless an extended warranty was purchased.
A service fee applies to repairs even within the warranty period; the estimated repair cost is confirmed with you before work begins.
Devices showing signs of abuse or misuse void the warranty, and replacement plus shipping costs are charged.
Out-of-warranty repairs are quoted case by case; repair and shipment costs are borne by the device owner.
Repairs and returns can take up to 90 days. We strongly recommend keeping one or more spare units to avoid downtime.
Returns of unwanted equipment are not accepted. Wrongly configured, incorrect, or damaged-on-arrival devices are replaced or refunded, with return shipping covered; the incorrect device must be sent back within 10 business days.
Order cancellations are only possible before the device has been configured or dispatched.
