Regular eCommerce business in the (Dutch) Caribbean, Latin America and the US, mostly will be with Visa, Mastercard Debit/Credit Cards (including 3DSecure), American Express and Discover Card.
As of the 1st of May, CX Pay is able to offer iDeal transactions to our Caribbean Based merchants as well.
When looking at Canada and crossing the Atlantic ocean to Europe, our payment options, also include PIN Debit, Maestro, Bitcoins, Vouchers, iDeal, Giropay, EPS, P24, Poli, Qiwi and Paysafecard.
GATEWAY FEES
As we interconnect with several banks and we have many integrations, we would require you to inform us:
- Which Bank
- Which website platform, since there are too many to note down, but for example: Shopify, Wix, Woocommerce, etc.
There are several parts in the fee structure.
- Bank (Acquiring partner or Financial Institution) Fees
- CX Pay Fees
- Technology Partner Fees
We can only "speak for" us and provide you the CX Pay fees / charges:
- Gateway Account activation fee varies from from the system we require to use, to connect to the bank, which ranges between USD 50 - USD 250
- Monthly Fee ranges between USD 15 and USD 25
- Per Transaction ranges between USD 0.28 and USD 0.35
- Commission on incoming volume 0.25%
Depending on the type of software / integration method, it will range between 0% and 2%, which will be paid either through CX Pay or directly to this provider.
